January 2024 Monthly Meeting

Amber serves on the Organizational, Learning, and Development team at UAB where she provides continuous leadership and training programs to faculty and staff. She creates engaging learning experiences in leadership assessment and development, coaching, performance management, and custom services for teams.  She’s responsible for planning, coaching, and consulting with teams and individuals who need assistance solving organizational challenges. She designs, develops, and produce quality learning opportunities for adult learning (managing conflict, imposter syndrome, delegation, team development, employee engagement, and more).

The Birmingham Business Journal awarded Amber Top 40 Under 40 award in 2021 (see link below). Amber is an member of The Junior League of Birmingham, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Women’s Network, The Birmingham Chapter of the Links, Incorporated, and board member at Children’s Aid Society of Alabama.
