I act as the primary Property Revenue Manager for a portfolio of 8-10 Best Western Properties throughout the US and Canada. I provide revenue management services directly to my properties with 60% of their annual goal surrounding the hotels performance increasing year over year. I am tasked with driving RevPAR % CHG to a minimum of the Industry midscale and upper midscale projected by PWC for each hotel using a variety of proven Revenue Management tactics. I assist in conducting rate, restriction, and yield changes weekly on behalf of the assigned hotels using PM systems and buy utilizing remote software and Extranets. I Conduct weekly yield management meetings to identify the success of prior week and the price/inventory strategies for future weeks and monitor hotel sales efforts for assigned properties. I Collaborates with hotel representatives each week and then implements the agreed upon strategy in hotel PM system and a variety of BW or External systems. I partner with members to identify and develop marketing opportunities and strategies by completing thorough competitive market analyses for assigned properties on a weekly basis. I also Conduct and maintain a minimum of 90 day demand forecast and pace report for 8-10 hotels.
